Payroll Deduction Makes Shopping Easy

Offering payroll deduction is a handy way for your staff to get great uniforms without a big single expense. Many of our customers break the cost into 2-4 payments which are taken out of each employee’s paycheck. After each sale, we provide you with an itemized list of all employee purchases so it’s easy on your accounting department. While we require a payroll deduction option to be offered by your facility, we still accept other payment methods when we are on site.

SCRUBS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

SCRUBS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange any new, unmonogrammed, unworn, and unwashed clothing items within 5 days of purchase at a hospital show or 5 days from in-store purchase.

A return will be accepted with full reimbursement within 24 hours of purchase and the following steps have been taken:

You must call our store (870-424-3472) or email (stephanie@scrubshealthwear.com) for a return authorization form. A phone number where you can be reached is required. Please indicate at that time your reason for returning items. Return authorization for returns is usually issued within 72 hours.

Please inspect items prior to initial wear and wash.

  1. Items that are missing original tags, dirty, scuffed or otherwise damaged (including cigarette
    smoke) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. We do not accept returns on shoes unless a defect is suspected.
  3. Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  4. All items marked “sale”, “discount” or “BOGO” are final and are non-returnable and non-
    refundable.

Payroll deduction is an agreement between you and your hospital. Scrubs cannot alter or cancel your payroll deduction payments. If you choose to return items purchased through payroll deduction, a store credit will be issued in your name. This credit can be used for in-store purchases or at one of our on-site hospital shows. Your credit will not include shipping and handling charges.

If you choose to return items from cash purchase, your payment will be credited back to you within 2 to 4 weeks. A check will be issued for items purchased with cash or checks. Stop by one of our stores for credit or debit card refunds. Please note: Credit Card or cash purchases made during a fundraising sale will be refunded minus the hospital donation amount (i.e., we donate a percentage of sales to the hospital, your refund would be your portion of the sale minus the percent given to that hospital).

SPECIAL ORDER RETURN POLICY

There will be a restocking fee of $30 for shipping & handling and processing fee on all returned special
order items.
